DV Architecture Projects
Hotel architecture · User experience · Architectural visualization
The ground floor is conceived as an active threshold, integrating the lobby with commercial premises focused on well-being, physiotherapy and gym, blurring the boundary between public and private and strengthening urban interaction.
The building rises eight levels of rooms, designed according to principles of rational repetition, light control, and a serene atmosphere.
The master suite is designed with a contemporary industrial aesthetic, where exposed materials, honest textures, and a restrained palette create an atmosphere of character and balance.
The architecture prioritizes tranquility through proportion and light, transforming the industrial space into a secluded, elegant, and peaceful retreat.
The journey culminates on the rooftop, conceived not as an add-on, but as a space for lingering and contemplation.
The bar and jacuzzi complete the sensory experience of the project, where verticality transforms into horizon.
The architectural visualization was developed with an editorial approach, prioritizing atmosphere, scale, and spatial narrative over a literal representation of the object. Each image seeks to communicate how the project is inhabited, how it is traversed, and how it feels.
